Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Herbs 2 bunches
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry, and cut off the tops. Carefully remove the flesh. Season each tomato with salt and pepper, then brush with oil. Crack an egg into each one, being careful not to break the yolk. Add a little more salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place the tomatoes in a greased baking dish or skillet and bake in the oven at 355°F for 20–25 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
