Eggs in Tomato
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Chorizo 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut off the top of the tomato and remove the seeds. Grease the inside of the tomato with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Finely chop the sausage (any ingredients you like can be used). Carefully crack the egg, trying not to break the yolk. You can sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 3
Place in a baking dish to prevent them from falling over, and bake in the oven at 200–220°C for 30 minutes.
