Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread 2 slices
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Use a round cutter to cut out the center of the toast. Spread butter on both sides of the bread.
Step 2
Heat a skillet well and toast the bread on both sides until golden brown. Lower the heat and crack an egg into the hole in the bread. Cover with a lid and cook until the eggs are done. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to plates.
