- White bread 4 pieces
- Bacon 4 pieces
- Quail Egg 8 pieces
- Spices to taste

Cut out circles from the bread.

Press them into the muffin tin.
Step 3
Sauté the bacon lightly for about 3 minutes. It should remain tender.

Line the basket made of bread with bacon along the edges.

Crack 2 eggs into the resulting bowl.
Step 6
Season to taste.
