Description
Eggplant is a low-calorie product that contains B vitamins, vitamin C, PP, and carotene, as well as essential minerals for the body: potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, and phosphorus.
Ingredients
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese to taste
- Dill to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- New Potatoes to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut small eggplants diagonally and slice them lengthwise.
Step 2
Sauté the eggplants in salted water until half-cooked.
Step 3
Layer the eggplants with fresh tomatoes and cheese.
Step 4
Top with mayonnaise mixed with finely chopped dill and garlic, sprinkle with cheese, drizzle with oil, and bake in the oven.
Step 5
Serve with boiled young potatoes.
