  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Step 1

Slice the eggplants into rounds and fry them in oil on both sides, seasoning with salt beforehand. Slice the tomatoes into rounds.

Step 2

Place a slice of tomato on each fried eggplant circle, then top with mayonnaise and grated cheese. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes.
