- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Italian chopped parsley 1 bunch
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplants into thin rounds and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
Step 3
Finely chop the herbs and garlic, mix them with sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Layer the fried eggplant rounds and tomato slices alternately in a stack, spreading sour cream on each layer.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped herbs.
