Ingredients
- Eggplants 4 pieces
- Walnuts 1 cup
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Vinegar essence to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the eggplants, cut them lengthwise into strips about 1 cm thick, and fry in a large amount of hot oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Drain on a sieve to let the oil drip off.
Step 3
Finely chop the cilantro, parsley, and dill.
Step 4
Grate the walnuts on a fine grater or crush them in a mortar.
Step 5
Finely chop or grate the garlic.
Step 6
Combine the herbs, nuts, and garlic, add pepper, salt, and vinegar, and mix well.
Step 7
Gradually add water until the mixture reaches a consistency of a thin paste.
Step 8
You can substitute mayonnaise for the water.
Step 9
Spread the resulting mixture on the fried eggplants and roll them up.
