Eggplants with Garlic
Ingredients
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel, rinse, and dice the eggplants and pepper. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Sauté the vegetables in oil for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add minced garlic and basil. Cook for another 3 minutes. At the end of cooking, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Serve the dish hot, garnished with herbs.
