- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Dried cranberries with sugar ½ cup
- Sugar 1 tablespoon

Wash the eggplants and cut them into slices 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Mix the flour with salt. Dredge the eggplant slices in the flour and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Blend the cranberries with sugar in a blender.
