Eggplant with Bonito
Ingredients
- Eggplants 10 oz
- Dried Bonito Flakes 0 oz
- Natural Yogurt 5 oz
- Bulgogi Sauce 5 oz
- Pad Thai Sauce 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce. Mix the bulgogi sauce and Thai chili sauce until smooth.
Step 2
Slice the eggplant in half lengthwise. Then, make deep crosshatch cuts in the flesh of one half. Sprinkle sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and olive oil over the flesh.
Step 3
Sauté the prepared eggplants for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Pour the prepared sauce over the eggplant and place it in an oven preheated to 355°F for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Pour a little more sauce over the cooked eggplant. Place the prepared eggplant on a serving dish and sprinkle it with tuna flakes. Serve with yogurt.
