  • Cilantro 1 bunch
  • Eggplants 1 piece
  • Walnuts 5 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Adjika 1 tablespoon
  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 2 teaspoons
  • Pomegranate Seeds 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the eggplant and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.

Step 2

After frying, place the eggplant on paper towels to remove excess oil and let cool.

Step 3

While the eggplant cools, grind the walnuts in a blender and add butter, salt, pepper, chopped cilantro, and adjika.

Step 4

Wrap the prepared paste in a slice of eggplant to form a roll.
