  • Eggplants 2 pieces
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 0 oz
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the eggplants lengthwise into long strips, dip them in beaten eggs mixed with salt, and fry in a skillet with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Mash the feta cheese with a fork, add chopped herbs and garlic, and black pepper.

Step 3

Cut the tomatoes into small slices.

Step 4

Spread a strip of eggplant with a mixture of feta cheese, place a slice of tomato on top, and roll it into a small roll.
