Eggplant, feta, and nut tartlets
Ingredients
- Eggplants 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Tartlets 20 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the eggplants into small cubes. Place the eggplants in a skillet with heated oil and sauté, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour soy sauce into the skillet, sauté the eggplants in it for another 2 minutes, then let them cool.
Step 4
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Step 5
Cut the feta cheese into 5 mm cubes.
Step 6
Remove the leaves from the parsley and chop them finely.
Step 7
Chop the nuts finely, but do not turn them into dust.
Step 8
In a bowl, combine the eggplants, feta cheese, tomatoes, nuts, chopped parsley, and garlic pressed through a garlic press. Season with pepper.
Step 9
Fill the tartlet shells with the filling.
Step 10
Serve the eggplant tartlets at the festive table.
