Eggplant Cream with Cheese
Ingredients
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the eggplants. Over an open flame (on the stove), char the skin of the eggplants until completely burnt. Peel the eggplants from the charred skin. Chop them up. Heat in the microwave for 2–3 minutes until very hot.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3
Mix the hot eggplants, grated cheese, mayonnaise, and butter, and season with salt to taste.
Step 4
Place the mixture in a blender and blend until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
Step 5
Serve with toasted white bread.
