  • Eggplants 10 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Bake or boil the eggplants, remove the skin, chop the pulp, add lightly sautéed onion and tomato, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, and a little vinegar.
