Ingredients
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz

Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Chop the peppers and eggplants randomly.
Step 3
Place them on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Drizzle with oil (50 ml) and season with salt. Bake in an oven preheated to 355°F for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Chop the onion and garlic randomly.
Step 6
Sauté in oil (30 ml) until golden.
Step 7
Let the vegetables cool.
Step 8
Peel the vegetables and place them in a blender. Add the sautéed onion and garlic.
Step 9
Blend until smooth.
Step 10
Serve.
