Eggless Vanilla Sauce
Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add sugar to half of the milk and place it on the heat. Mix the remaining milk with the flour (preferably using a mixer to avoid lumps).
Step 2
When the milk with sugar comes to a boil, slowly pour in the flour mixture while constantly stirring.
Step 3
Remove from heat and add ground vanilla and butter. Mix everything well until smooth.
Step 4
Cool down and serve with pancakes or use as a standalone dish.
