Description

Crepes can be served with sour cream, honey, or jam. Alternatively, you can make a filling (for example, a sweet cottage cheese filling with raisins, or a savory one, similar to that used in stuffed pastries, dumplings, or with cheese and herbs) and wrap it in the crepes, then lightly fry them in butter or ghee.

  • Wheat Flour 25 oz
  • Milk 0 qt
  • Sugar 3 spoons
  • Salt ½ spoons
  • Vegetable Oil 4 spoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons

Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda, then add 0.5 liters of milk. Stir well to avoid lumps. The batter should have a consistency similar to thick sour cream.

Bring the remaining milk to a boil and gradually pour it into the batter while stirring continuously.

Melt the butter in the pan that you will use to cook the pancakes.

Add it to the dough and mix.

Add vegetable oil to the dough and mix again.
