Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Fresh basil leaves 5 oz
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with the milk until frothy. While continuing to whisk, add the salt.
Step 2
Wash the spinach, dry it, and chop it. Fold the spinach into the egg whites and gently mix to avoid deflating the foam.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan. Reduce the heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cover with a lid. After 2 minutes, flip the omelette to the other side and cook for another 1 minute.
Step 4
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
