- Turmeric 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ghee to taste
- Sour Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 2
Whisk the egg whites with a whisk or fork until smooth.
Step 3
Add turmeric and continue stirring.
Step 4
Heat the skillet and add the butter.
Step 5
Pour the whipped egg whites with turmeric into the skillet and sauté.
Step 6
Fold the omelet in the pan, place it on a plate, and add sour cream.
