Description

I have a glass dish from Ikea, so I don't add any oil and don't grease the dish additionally. It turns out delicious! Instead of broccoli, you can add cauliflower and really any vegetables you like, and of course cheese! This is just my diet-friendly option. Good luck!

Ingredients

  • Egg white 3 pieces
  • Broccoli 5 oz
  • Squid 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the squid. Thaw the broccoli.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients and blend them using an immersion blender. Meanwhile, whisk the egg whites and chop the squid and broccoli.

Step 3

Add salt and your favorite spices, pour into a dish, and place in the microwave for 5 minutes. If you don't have a microwave, then put it in the oven and keep it there until the mixture hardens.
