Description
This dressing should not be poured over salads. It should be placed at the bottom of the plates and then gently mixed with the contents just before serving.
Ingredients
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens ½ teaspoon
- Ketchup 0.2 tablespoons
- Tarragon 1 tablespoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix the boiled yolks, cheese, mustard, tarragon vinegar, and ketchup.
Step 3
Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar.

Whisk to combine the vinegar and oil well with the other ingredients.
