Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 5 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Peeled chestnuts 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Herbs to taste
- Chocolate eggs 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet and cut it into cubes.
Step 2
Press the garlic and mix it with the mayonnaise.
Step 3
Finely chop the herbs.
Step 4
Chop the walnuts.
Step 5
Prepare the egg pancakes. Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes.
Step 6
Fry the pancake on both sides in a heated pan with oil.
Step 7
Spread the finished pancake with the mayonnaise mixed with garlic, sprinkle with walnuts, herbs, and chopped chicken.
Step 8
Roll the pancake into a roll with the filling inside, and carefully cut the roll crosswise into small rolls, 1-2 cm thick.
