Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Egg white 3 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet 0 oz
- Celery salt 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Milk 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the egg with the separated egg whites, add salt, add milk, and pour the mixture into a well-heated non-stick frying pan. Cook the 'pancake' on both sides until done.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, boil the chicken breast.
Step 3
Cool the finished 'pancake', spread with cottage cheese, sprinkle with herbs, add the sautéed mushrooms and finely chopped chicken fillet; season with pepper.
Step 4
Roll it up and refrigerate.
