Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Potato 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Doctor's Sausage 5 oz
- Herbs to taste
- Scallions to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs, milk, herbs, and salt together and bake the pancakes. The pancakes turn out fragile, so be careful when flipping them (if desired, you can add half a tablespoon of flour to the eggs).
Step 2
Dice the tomato and place it in a preheated skillet. Cook until half of the liquid evaporates. Add finely chopped garlic, herbs, and green onion. Sauté for about 2 minutes and then add the sausage cut into strips (the sausage can be replaced with ham, chicken, etc.). Cook everything for about 5 minutes. Let it cool.
Step 3
Wrap the filling in the pancakes.
