Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Herbes de Provence ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice a pinch
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Add the Herbs de Provence.
Step 3
Then add black pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Finely chop the mozzarella.
Step 5
Add the cheese to the eggs and mix well.
Step 6
Line a muffin baking tray with bacon and pour in the egg and cheese mixture.
Step 7
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 8
Season with chili pepper.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20 minutes.
Step 10
Then cool for 5 minutes.
Step 11
Transfer to a plate and serve.
