Ingredients

  • Butter 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Egg white 3 pieces
  • Campbell's Beef Broth 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease a cast-iron mold with butter. Mix the egg with the yolks and, while stirring constantly, slowly pour in the hot broth to prevent the yolks from curdling. Add salt and pour the mixture into the mold.

Step 2

Place the mold in a baking tray filled with hot water, reaching halfway up the sides of the mold. Put everything in the oven and bake for about an hour, but do not let the mixture boil.

Step 3

Remove the mold from the oven. Allow to cool. Invert onto a plate. Cut the resulting omelet into cubes and add them to the soup before serving.
