Ingredients
- Eel 15 oz
- Pizza Flour 20 oz
- Potato 10 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the eel and cut it into pieces.
Step 2
Peel and boil the potato.
Step 3
Slice the potato. Place the eel and potato in a marinade of vegetable oil, garlic, salt, and pepper for 1 hour.
Step 4
Knead the dough, adding a little vegetable oil and ground black pepper.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 2 parts, rolling each into 2 circles.
Step 6
Place one circle in a greased baking dish, add the filling of drained eel and potato on top, cover with the other circle, pinch the edges, and place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes.
