
Easy Smoked Beef Pizza

Description
Please note that the dough turns out quite thick. For those who prefer thin crust, I suggest either reducing the amount of ingredients for its preparation by about half or making two small pizzas. In any case, the dish is light and low in calories! Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
- Water 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup 1 tablespoon
- Boiled Veal 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Tomatoes 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Warm the water slightly. Mix 1 cup of sifted flour and yeast, and pour it onto the table. Carefully pour the water into the center and mix well. Add salt. Gradually incorporate the remaining sifted flour. Add olive oil. Knead the dough until smooth.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Lightly sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Spread with ketchup or any other sauce. Add the filling and top with grated cheese.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at maximum power for 12–15 minutes.
