Step 1
Place the yogurt in several layers of cheesecloth and hang over a bowl for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the yogurt, feta, minced garlic, a bit of salt, olive oil, parsley, and oregano. Blend lightly.
