  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi 2 tablespoons
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Sugar ½ teaspoon
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Wasabi to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the rice until done.

Step 2

Add vinegar and sugar to the hot rice.

Step 3

Mash the tuna with a fork, peel the cucumber and chop it finely.

Step 4

Finely chop the onion (if adding wasabi, the onion can be omitted).

Step 5

Mix all the ingredients and dress the salad with mayonnaise.

Step 6
