Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Lamb stomach 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 10 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the offal into pieces. Heat a large skillet with oil. First, sauté the lungs, then after a few minutes, add the heart and offal, and finally add the liver, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pour them into the skillet. Spread them evenly, using a wooden spoon to help.
Step 3
Once the frittata is cooked on one side, transfer it to a large plate. Add a piece of butter to the skillet and finish cooking the frittata on the other side. Serve immediately.
