- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 0 oz
- Semolina 0 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
In a pot with thick walls and bottom, pour in the sour cream and cream. Stirring, bring to a boil.
Step 2
Add salt. Gradually sprinkle in the semolina.
Step 3
Cook until the mixture thickens and the oil starts to separate.
Step 4
Serve hot with lavash.
