
Dumplings with Cottage Cheese

Description
You can substitute the cream with 10-15 grams of ricotta.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Cream 22% 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour and salt, then add the egg, sour cream, and pour in 130 ml of water. Knead the dough in a mixing bowl and let it rest for about half an hour to an hour at room temperature.
Step 2
While the dough rests, prepare the filling. Take cottage cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla sugar, baking soda, and cream. Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 3
Roll out the dough, dusting it with flour. Cut out circles of dough with a diameter of 5–6 centimeters. Place filling in the center of each circle (use enough filling so that the circle can be easily folded in half). Pinch the edges of the dumpling. Boil in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with butter and sour cream.
