- Duck Breast 1 piece
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Chinese Five Spice ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Pizza Flour 10 oz
- Spinach 0 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers ½ piece
- Kung Pao Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Scallions 4 stalks
- Black sesame seeds 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Rub the duck breast with five spice, salt, and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and sear the meat for 5 minutes on each side. Place it in the oven and cook for another 8-10 minutes until done. Cool for 4-5 minutes. Thinly slice diagonally into 8 pieces, then cut each piece in half.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll into balls. Then roll out into small discs and place on a greased baking sheet. Spread hoisin sauce on the dough, then top with spinach, sliced mozzarella, thinly sliced red pepper, and duck. Bake until the cheese melts, about 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
