- Smoked haddock fillet 0 lbs
- Cognac 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the bones from the fillet, rub it with a mixture of salt and sugar, pour cognac over it, and then coat it with finely chopped dill.
Step 2
Cover the dish with the salmon with plastic wrap and place it in a cool place for 24 hours.
Step 3
The finished fish should be firm.
Step 4
If it is soft, keep it in the cold until ready.
Step 5
Slice the marinated fillet into thin pieces.
