Drunken Olives
Ingredients
- "Bellota di Cerignola olives" 40 pieces
- Gin 10 fl oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Dry martini 0 fl oz
- Lime Juice 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the zest from the lemon (only the yellow part) — you will need six strips measuring 3×1 cm.
Step 2
Place all the ingredients in a large container, add 240 ml of water, cover it with a lid, shake to combine everything, and leave it in a cool place for at least two hours.
Step 3
Place the olives in small jars — they can be stored this way for up to two weeks. Serve with dry martinis and other cocktails.
