Ingredients
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Dried Rosemary ½ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the lemon in half.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
Step 4
Mix the juice with red wine vinegar.
Step 5
Add oregano.
Step 6
Add ground black pepper.

While whisking, gradually add the olive oil to the mixture in a thin stream. Continue to beat until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Taste the dressing and add a little salt, but not too much, as the feta cheese also contributes to the saltiness in a Greek salad.

Serve with Greek salad.
