- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee 5 oz
- Frozen black currant puree 5 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Corn Starch 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the egg with 60 grams of sugar and salt with a mixer until thick foam forms. Beat for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese to the mixture.

Mix well with a spatula.
Step 4
Add the flour.
Step 5
Add the baking powder.
Step 6
Mix the mixture well.
Step 7
Grease your hands with oil.

Shape the doughnuts weighing 15 grams each.

Fry the doughnuts in heated oil until golden brown.
