Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and sugar.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the water (room temperature), yeast, and oil.
Step 3
Combine everything and knead the dough.
Step 4
Let the dough rest for one hour, covered with a towel.
Step 5
Spread it on a baking sheet, forming the pizza base.
Step 6
Spread with tomato paste, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, and fill the pizza as desired (very tasty with mushrooms and prosciutto, or with tuna and olives), garnish with basil leaves.
Step 7
Bake at 480°F for approximately 20–25 minutes.
