- 1% Kefir 1 cup
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Bran 1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Baking Powder 0.3 teaspoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Apple 0 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, add salt, cinnamon, kefir, and water.

Then add the baking powder, flour, bran, and oat flakes, and mix everything again; the batter should be light, fluffy, and somewhat thick.
Step 3
Cut the apple into small pieces, although this is a matter of taste, so you can use the whole apple if you prefer. Add it to the batter and mix.

Spoon the batter onto a hot skillet with vegetable oil. When the bottom edge of the pancakes turns golden brown, flip them over. Remove them from the skillet, place on a plate, and garnish for serving!
