Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Dry yeast 0 oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Herbes de Provence 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 1 can
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Habanero Pepper 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
  • Cayenne Pepper to taste
  • TABASCO® to taste
  • Water ¼ l

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar and yeast, and place in a warm spot for 5 minutes, or until it bubbles.

Step 2

In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and herbs (oregano, basil, to taste).

Step 3

Add the contents of the bowl with water and yeast to the flour bowl, add oil, and mix well.

Step 4

Place in a warm spot and cover with a towel.

Step 5

The dough will double in size, which will take about 30–45 minutes, depending on the room temperature.

Step 6

Now it's time to chop the red bell pepper into small pieces. Sauté the sweet pepper in a small amount of oil until soft.

Step 7

Once the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 445°F.

Step 8

Roll out the dough on a surface dusted with flour.

Step 9

Grease a baking sheet with oil.

Step 10

Spread tomato paste over the dough.

Step 11

Evenly distribute the red bell pepper on top of the tomato paste.

Step 12

Add the pre-chopped jalapeño pepper on top of the sweet pepper as much as you dare. Then sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 13

Bake in the preheated oven for 15–25 minutes.
