Deviled eggs with Florentine flavor
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Spinach 5 oz
- Arugula 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 5 oz
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Carrot 0 oz
- Black sesame seeds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs gently to prevent the yolks from darkening. Peel them, cut in half, and carefully remove the yolks, taking care not to damage the whites.
Step 2
Mix the egg yolks with the mayonnaise until smooth.
Step 3
Sauté the spinach, arugula, and finely chopped garlic in a skillet. Once the greens are tender, remove them, squeeze out excess moisture, and chop finely.
Step 4
Dice the salmon into small cubes. Combine the herbs, salmon, and egg yolks with mayonnaise. Add lemon juice and white pepper.
Step 5
Cut the carrot into thin strips and then into fine julienne. Add the mixture to the remaining egg white, and garnish with the carrot and black sesame seeds.
