Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Lime 1 piece
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the eggs over low heat to prevent the yolks from darkening. Peel them, cut in half, and carefully remove the yolks, taking care not to damage the whites.
Step 2
Mix the egg yolks with the mayonnaise until smooth.
Step 3
Cut the bacon into small cubes (you can lightly freeze it to make this easier), and fry in a dry skillet until crispy.
Step 4
Grate the cheese, finely chop the parsley, and zest the lime. Mix everything with the egg-mayo mixture, reserving some ingredients for garnish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the mixture into the reserved egg whites, and top with cheese, parsley, lime zest, and bacon.
