Step 1

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil, then melt the butter in it. While the butter is melting, mix the eggs with the milk and salt.

Pour the resulting mixture into the skillet, cover with a lid, and place on high heat. Wait for 20-30 seconds, then reduce the heat to low.

Step 3

When the surface of the omelette sets, you can remove the lid. Use a spatula to flip the omelette as a whole, sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater. Cover the skillet with a lid, turn off the heat, and wait for the cheese to melt. It can be served!
