
Definitely Not Vegetarian Lasagna

Ingredients
- Ricotta cheese 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves ⅓ glasses
- Sausages 25 oz
- Marinara sauce 1½ glasses
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 12 pieces
- Melted Cheese 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, eggs, and parsley. Mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Step 3
Crumble the Italian sausages and sauté them in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 4
In another small bowl, mix the crumbled Italian sausage with the marinara sauce, reserving one-third of the sauce for the first and last layers of the lasagna.
Step 5
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 20×25 cm baking dish, then place one of the prepared lasagna sheets on top. Evenly spread a thin layer of the ricotta cheese mixture over the sheet, followed by a layer of marinara sauce and Italian sausage. Top with grated mozzarella cheese.
Step 6
Continue layering the ingredients until the dish is filled to the brim. For the top layer, place a sheet of lasagna, spread marinara sauce over it, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Place the lasagna dish on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt and turns golden brown.
