  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the minced meat with salt and pepper, and shape it into patties about 3-4 cm in diameter.

Step 2

Coat the patties in flour, fry them in a deep skillet, then pour in sour cream, cover with a lid, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

When serving, transfer the patties to a plate, drizzle with the prepared sauce, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
