- Sausages 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Red Curry Powder 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Red Wine Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
- Baking Tomatoes 15 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil. Sauté the finely chopped onion for ten minutes until it becomes soft.
Step 2
Add curry powder and paprika, and continue cooking for two minutes.
Step 3
Add the peeled tomatoes to the onions with the spices and mash them. Add sugar, vinegar, and salt, and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for twenty-five minutes.
Step 4
Add the sliced sausages to the prepared sauce, heat them for five to seven minutes, and serve.
