- Malt Vinegar ¼ tablespoon
- English Dry Mustard 10 oz
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Green peppercorns 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the small cucumbers and dry them. Chop the onion and dill, and combine them with dry mustard and sugar in the vinegar; heat it up. Add the crushed bay leaf and pepper, and bring to a boil while stirring.
Step 2
Add the cucumbers, gently turning them in the liquid, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and distribute hot along with the liquid into jars. Seal tightly.
